New users not getting Verification emails

I’m having trouble with several of my new members not receiving the verification emails after they sign up. I haven’t been able to identify a consistent pattern in those not receiving the emails (they have all checked spam, and promotions folders).

The studio is on a custom domain: https://tpic-bonus.clicksendgetpaid.com/

Is there any manual workaround to verify the users so I can get them unstuck?

If I switch it to invitation only, would that eliminate the need for initial email verification?

Yes, I’m still having the issue.

It seems that most of the people who are not getting the verification emails may already be subscribed to another PickAxe studio through a completely unrelated account. (not sure if that has anything to do with it)
