Not recognizing this style of PDF

I have attached the PDF that I uploaded to the knowledge base.

It shows in the Chucks all the data, but

regardless of what I asked it, it doesn’t seem to recognize it.

Any ideas?

At a glance, I would suspect these documents will not play well with the knowledge system. The Knowledge Base breaks down the documents into chunks. When there are complicated tables, oftentimes information is orphaned (i.e. chunked in a way where the context is lost). This is because PDF readers often read information up to down, or side to side, and tables often have formatting that makes it hard for computers to read them.

I was using a couple of other styles of PDFs and they were working just fine. But this one is an issue.

You can always open up the document within the Knowledge Base and see how it’s being chunked. We add that feature to increase ‘platform observability’ and give people the chance to see how things are actually working!
