It looks like unfortunately, OpenAI has suspended support for a bunch of regions.
It looks like this happened on July 9th, and the dropped regions include China and others.
This may only be temporary, but in the meantime we recommend selecting alternative models if you are in one of those regions. As we go over our terms, there’s not much we can do.
