Pickaxe does not read information from Action

I have a Pickaxe called ‘SEC Filings’ and I want it to read in information from “Your Business DNA” which was supposed to centrally hold information on a company and stop the user having to reenter information repeatedly. However when I link ‘Your Business DNA’ as an action into to ‘SEC Filings’ I get the following error message when I try to run the Pickaxe query, either with our without data in the form field.

No association found for pickaxe TUF2CRH3DT and tool market_opportunity_gap_analysis_based_on_sec_filings
