Prompt Chain with Pickaxe Chatbot

Hi. I’ve created two chatbots. One is to help a user create a style of voice they want to use when communicating with people. The second chatbot is to help write emails. When the user asks for an email to be written in their voice I want it to use the voice/style created by the first chatbot.

I have it all set up (correct ID, etc) but when I ask the 2nd chatbot to use my style, it asks me to upload documents with my style, rather than using the style created in the first chatbot. This is my trigger prompt: “If the user asks to create or edit an email and they want to use their voice/style/tone/kit”

Can somebody help?

You could try to achieve this through our prompt chaining Action.

More likely, you’d want to create this using our User Memories feature. If end-users are using your tool in a Studio, they will be able to create a writing voice in one Pickaxe, have the Studio remember that, and then use it in subsequent Pickaxes.

Hi. Thanks for responding. Yes, I should have been clearer - I am trying to do this through the prompt chaining action yet it isn’t working. I’m wondering if it’s my prompt trigger or something else I’m not doing?

User memories. That would be a dream to use - it would be perfect for what we’re rolling out (a real game changer for us) - alas I can’t afford the pro membership at this stage (just starting and on a shoe string budget).
