Built an extensive prompt, works flawless when entered straight to Claude, but if I paste that into same prompt into the Pickaxe bot, it fails to follow instructions. The bot is connected to Claude as well.

Claude does some prompting work behind the scenes. I’d recommend adding some framing stuff like “you are a helpful assistant” to your role and see if that helps. Also, don’t forget to increase your memory buffer.
I’ll try that next. I haven’t done anything to it since I’ve posted here, I did notice another poster said her prompts had gone wonky, I thought perhaps Pickaxe had a temporary bug?
Anyways, thank you for your help, I’ll report back in case anyone else has this issue.

Also play with chunking size and creativity. I had one the other day where my chunk size was too large ait is was literally spitting out random words any symbols lol
