is it possible to show an image from the knowledge base ?
I don’t want to read the image, just display it.
For example - show the the site plan…
You can show any web-accessible images, and you can also attach conditions so that certain images only get shown when appropriate to the chat. See: How to render images inside a chat

The key is ensuring that the image has URL.
So the Knowledge Base does not recognize images that are within text documents (pdfs, txt, docx, etc.). They only scrape and embed the text in those documents.
Pickaxes can, however, render images inside a chat. They need an image link to do this. So what I have done is include in the Knowledge Base a directory of like 25 links to images so the bot can render these images in the chat.
