Hi - I was just testing with some users on mobile. For the android user, the (?) icon was hovering above the blue send message icon. As a result, every time they click it opened up send email. They couldn’t work out how to use the app. They were essentially blocked.
I showed them that they could type and press enter. But not everyone would work this out.
It’s the same on iPhone although slightly less worse.
Can you please move the (?) away from the bottom right so it doesn’t clash with the send icon.
To be honest, I’m not sure how much value this (?) icon even adds!
Appreciate quick turn around on this as it’s a really annoying UX issue for users.
