Studio not enforcing pickaxe access

I have a studio in which for my tier (called “Simulations”) I have given access to only 3 pickaxes (see below):

I create a dummy member using my other email id and joined the studio. My member account also shows that I have access to only 3 tools (see image) but it displays all pickaxes in the sidebar:

I am also able to interact with this pickaxe (Technology Navigator) which is not one of the 3 pickaxes I have been given access to:

Kindly look into this issue. Also, is it possible to set limits for individual pickaxes within studio? For example, while my total studio use is 200 uses, I want to impose use limits/pickaxe to control user behavior.

Is there a third tier? Can you take a screenshot that shows all your tiers?

The issue is a little a strange. Here’s my guess.

Go back to a “public” studio. Then add a guest tier. Then set that to “0”. Then change it back to Invite-only.

My guess is somehow you have a phantom guest tier haunting your studio. This happens around Halloween time :ghost:

But seriously, it’s a bug I’ve seen a couple times now. Try it out and let me know.
