Sub Domain/Studio Issue

Hi

I have a sub domain app.athleet.ai that works as intended (pointing to my Coach edition of Athleet.Ai)… I just added the parent edition at par.athleet.ai and this is resulting in 404 Not found when the request hits Vercel. So, the sub domain is set up correctly and has propoageted but its not reaching my new Studio. The new studio (par.athleet.ai) is reported correctly in the share options on the studio.

Any suggestions?

Same problem here.

app.dek.com.br does not work, although CNAME is correct.

Hi @ecaveo can you add screenshots to your post or send me a DM?

  • DNS settings in (CloudFlare/GoDaddy/Name Cheap/…).
  • DNS settings in Pickaxe.

Sent via DM.

I did some additional testing and I tried a completely new/fresh studio on a different domain with a different host and got exactly the same issue.

It seems, no matter what I do, the cname subdomain is not resolving when it gets to Vercel on any new studio/subdomain.

I’m experiencing that, too, with a second subdomain. Have you heard any resolutions about this?

Nothing yet. Still awaiting a fix for this @ktvatx

I suspect there will be others suffering this too as its at the Vercel end and even when using a fresh studio with a fresh subdomain on a previously unused server, it still does it.

Thanks @ecaveo. I went through the Vercel documentation, but it was no help. However, something is amiss, and I sincerely hope they get it resolved soon.

I’m getting the same issue, It was the 1st time pointing DNS for Pickaxe so I waited 48 hours thinking it was a propagation delay, but still not working no matter what subdomain or studio I try. This points to a deeper issue with Pickaxe

Thank you for reporting this issue. We’ve pushed some changes recently and made some testing.

It should be fine now. I recommend you deleting all records you set before from your domain service website and delete a domain inside a studio dashboad. Then try to assign your subdomain from scratch following our instructions.

If you still have any problems with it, please leave us a message here, and we’ll try to resolve it ASAP.
