What is this issue? - have uploaded to Studio Knowledge Base and now can’t add to any Pickaxes within that studio.
Hey @simonh, what type of file did you upload to your KB?
For the most part, .txt, PDF, CSV, DocX, and URLs file types are allowed.

Hi - Yes i’m a power user. They are simple .pdfs less than 50kbs.

Which Pickaxe are you experiencing this with?
Had the error with three different pickaxes so was stuck but seem to have resolved itself this morning so thank you for whatever happened at the backend.
