We’re facing a critical issue right now with our bot service.
Over 100 users are currently receiving the following error message when trying to send messages to our bot:
“Your credit balance is too low to access the Anthropic API. Please go to Plans & Billing to upgrade or purchase credits.”
This is significantly impacting our service and requires immediate attention. We need this resolved ASAP as it’s affecting a large number of our active users.
To clarify, this issue is NOT related to our credit balance. We have over 12,000 tokens that we purchased through Pickaxe, so there should be no reason for our users to be receiving this error.
Please investigate and let us know what’s causing this and how we can resolve it urgently.
We’re still on V1, and this issue needs to be fixed immediately.
We already spoke with Nathaniel on Zoom two days ago. We have a large user base on Pickaxe, and migrating everything to V2 would take at least 1-2 months before we can even switch to production. (We’re facing some technical difficulties preventing an immediate migration.)
Right now, tons of users are complaining, and this has been going on for six hours without a fix.
We trusted Pickaxe with our user base. Fix it ASAP please.
I understand the urgency of your situation. I already pinged the dev team on here and emailed them. It’s currently 7 AM in Los Angeles. I’m sure they will be on it within the hour!
