Before a user uses my PA, can I allow him to choose things such as which Bible translation he wants to use (perhaps in a dropdown or a box to type in)? If so, do I need to upload various translations to the knowledge base, or will the PA go online to get this readily available info? Thanks!

Actually, I think I solved my own question. A PA form is probably just what I need to use.
