Is there anyway to use one of these chatbots inside of Whatsapp? I’d love to create one here and add it to Whatsapp without using services like ManyChat.
Currently, there is not a way to deploy your Pickaxes to WhatsApp. It’s definitely an interesting avenue we’d like to explore but I wouldn’t expect to see it in the short-term roadmap.
Hi
anynews ?
My usecase is :
I created an IA chatbot to help some travelers in my Airbnb houses (i rent an apartment on Airbnb).
So i need a QR Code on my house doors, to redirect on WhatsApp bot to help with some basic questions like “where can i found the password of WIFI?” etc…
You still cannot deploy your Pickaxes to WhatsApp. But you can definitely create a QR code that leads to a webpage with your Pickaxe on it.
Hey Mike,
I really think we should fast-track a WhatsApp integration for Pickaxe. Look at what WhatsAble is doing—they’ve cracked the no-code approach to get WhatsApp messaging up and running in just minutes, bypassing the hassle of the full API setup. And then there are top players like Landbot and Wati, which are already capturing the international SME market by offering easy, versatile solutions for everything from customer support to marketing notifications.
Globally, SMEs in markets like India, Brazil, and Mexico rely on WhatsApp as their primary business channel. With over 2 billion active users, tapping into this channel could boost engagement and conversions by 12–15%—and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. By integrating WhatsApp, Pickaxe could offer a unique, all-in-one platform that not only builds AI tools but also enables real-time, personalized communication for businesses worldwide.
We have a huge opportunity here, and acting now could really set us apart in international markets.
I 100% agree. WhatsApp integration is essential.
I agree. I’m in Mexico and everything operates on WhatsApp.
Everyone operates on Whatsapp here in Malaysia and Singapore too.
