My vision is to create a “sales agent” for lead capture that can be accessed in multiple formats/methods.
I see that Pickaxe is able to deploy via API.
I was wondering if there is a possibility to deploy a Pickaxe chat via
- voice (click to a landing page, select “voice” and talk to the chat)
- phone call (call 555-5555 and talk to the chat)
- sms (text 555-5555 and text with pickaxe)
- whatsapp (integrate into a whatsapp messenger)
- facebook messenger (integrate into whatsapp messenger)
Does the API help with this?
Full disclosure: I am not a programmer. I have a very limited understanding of what an API is. My current tech ability is to send people to a landing page. 
My thought is: if I can keep the flow of the sales agent simple, I can allow people to access it wherever they “live”.
