Hi. I set up a whitelabel studio and the invite mail was also white labeled but I can see after 2-3 days my users are getting generic mails from pickaxe. This creates an issue and reveals the inner product. Please help ASAP.
We are aware of the issue and fixing it!

Thank you mike. i hope this will be fixed system wide so even new end user of studio are keep away from pickaxe branded emails and marketing campaigns.

Yes! It is a mistake and we have fixed it.
yes, this is very concerning. Was testing the product using an email and a few days later the email received pickaxes promotional email. We then postponed the use of the product for further testing. We believe it was a mistake or system error
