Adding files on a chat

Ahhh. I see.

When end-users (people using your Pickaxe, not the owner) add a file or link it is not added (and cannot be added) permanently to the knowledge base. It is just used temporarily for that chat session. This post explains a little more.

If you want to add files yourself (permanently) to the Knowledge Base, then you need to do that in the right-hand panel under “configure”.
