I’ve noticed that very occasionally my studio misbehaves - Anthropic decides it doesn’t want to help, and this can produce frustration for users. Obviously it would be better for the prompt to be 100% reliable, but who can guarantee that? So, is there a way to adjust a user’s credits in the event of an AI screwup?
Currently, there is no way to give Studio end-users just credits. You can give them an upgrade to another tier, but not just credits.
However, this will change with our upcoming redesign which is already being rolled out on a limited basis to some users. You will be able to give users just credits in that system.
