Reset User's Credits

So if i have a studio and one of the user request to reset the tokens again. How can i do that manually for that user only.

Right now, you cannot manually reset credits. You will be able to in the near future with our redesign.

For now, you can manually upgrade them to a higher tier. To do that, go to Monitor>Manage Users then click on their email and select the tier you want to move them to.

Sounds great. Any rough timeline for redesign?

I am embeding a pickaxe for free use and would like to have use resets that includes limits for daily, weekly, monthly and or number of days. Would it be feasible to have that in the general settings?

Hey corey, if you are using embedded Pickaxes you are only able to set one usage limit which resets every month (30 days). Here is a post about usage limits on embedded Pickaxes.

I saw that on the pickaxe dashboard, but I wasn’t sure of if it reset. Ok that will work for my usage.
