Would be great if we could add credits to specific user.

This is not currently possible (quite), though there is a pretty easy workaround.
We will be making this directly possible after our big update at the end of January. For now, you just have to make a new tier that has lots of uses, and add the user to that tier.

To build on nathaniel’s answer, you can manually upgrade users within your Studio Manager. To do so…
- click on the Monitor tab
- Click on the Manage Users button
- Click on the user you want to upgrade
- Select the tier you want to move them to

I couldn’t connect to Stripe, but I still added a paid tier. My studio requires an invitation to join, and I invited a user to become part of the free tier. However, after changing the membership type, the paid tier does not show up. Is this normal?

Is it possible to pre-set the membership level for a user when inviting them, so that they automatically receive the specified membership level upon successful invitation?
1 - How many tiers do you have? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of all the tiers on your Access page?
2- Currently, it is not possible to invite users in a fashion where they will automatically join at a particular tier.

Additionally, could you please add Traditional Chinese as a language option for the studio? Currently, the available Chinese is Simplified Chinese, and since Simplified Chinese already exists, adding Traditional Chinese should be quite easy.
