Hey marco. It means you need to go into OpenAI and request a usage increase. If you click the link it should be fairly self-explanatory. You’ll like either need to click a button that says “request increase limit” or prepay $5 to your balance.
I have increased the amount but I still cant get it to work.
Have you pre-paid $5 to your account? To access the smartest models, they often want you to have a billing history.
