I’ve searched and haven’t located a solution to my problem.
I’ve successfully uploaded a profile image for a chatbot. However, when I upload a chat icon image (which is the same as the profile image for consistency) and save the changes, the new chat icon image doesn’t display on the website. I’ve tried different sizes, and I did see an old post that states chat icon images are best at 24 x 24 pixels. This still didn’t work.
Is there something I’m missing? If anyone can assist - that would be much appreciated!

I just tested the website icon upload feature, and it’s working on my end. For testing, I used a large image (1920x1080). While it appeared a bit stretched, the icon still updated as expected.
Here is an example:
The section highlighted in red is where you should upload your website icon. After uploading, make sure you save your changes using the button highlighted in blue.

If your chat icon image still isn’t displaying, it might be a caching issue. Try refreshing your website or clearing your browser cache to see if the new icon appears.

It turns out that the website server cache needed a refresh and this worked and the new icon image uploaded successfully.
