Is there a way for a chatbot that I have created to collect a users data and email it to the site owner?
Built a chatbot for a local service company, if a customer using the chatbot asks to book then ideally I want the chatbot to be able to collect specific data (name, email, phone, postal code) and then email that to the site owner so they can call the customer to arrange a booking.

The Pickaxe AI chatbots do collect information but currently there is not the functionality to send that information to external sources. That may come in the future. We are internally discussing how that such features would work and are trying to gain more clarity on how exactly users would want such a feature to work.
