DOC file generated not accessible

The DOC file that is generated by the create Word DOC action is occasionally not accessible via the AWS storage. Even asking the chatbot to regenerate it does not work.

Here’s a sample of the error that we get:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
