Hi,
Using the upload possibility returns the following:
“Apologies for the confusion, but as a text-based AI model developed by OpenAI, I don’t have the capability to directly access, read, or analyze any files, including PDFs.”
I have tried direct upload in ChatGPT and copy-pasting same prompt. This works fine. I use own API in Pickaxe, so the responses should be the same.
What can be done?

They definitely can read files and PDFs. Where did you receive this message? Can you include a link to the tool?
I am also getting an error with unsupported extension: PDF for all my tools

I thought it was only when building Forms but also it aplies to chatbots now… Even after, in second try, having used the automatic bot-builder…
