Form issue and PDF Generator issue

Right now I am seeing multiple possible bugs which I will list below. (NOTE: I am fairly new at this software and have the Pro plan currently). The Studio is https://advisoryboard.geeptee.com/

1.I have a fairly large prompt that is set-up as a “Form” pickaxe. My goal is to take the answers given in the form and apply them to any answers produced by the pickaxe. The issue I am running into is that the pickaxe will remember the form answers for the original “Submit”, but then does not carry this on to any follow-up questions. After that initial submit it appears to discard the form.

2.The PDF Generator Action does not appear to work. I have tried multiple ways to ask for this PDF. Also there are no corresponding buttons that would allow this to happen.

In their default state, you can only get 1 output from form-style Pickaxes. They won’t function the same as chat-style PAs. However, you can enable user responses. Check out this post: Building forms in existing chatbot (not via course builder) - #2 by admin_mike

Regarding PDF: Successfully connecting a Generate PDF connection will allow your users to get Pickaxe’s response in PDF format.
