Hello, I would like to suggest that animated GIFs can also be uploaded to the picks, in addition to static images. I believe this would give them a distinctive and attractive touch for the customers
Actually, you can already do this. When you download the gif, change the extension from .gif to .png. It will upload and work properly.
We’ll consider making it easier to do… for now it’s kind of an easter egg.

I tried my animated gif but it didnt work. What is the allowed size? mine is quite big. Would it be possible to add gif for landing page of the studio’s hero image?
retried with a smaller file and yes it did work. I guess my file size earlier was too big

Closing this topic because it is a feature that is already supported (if in a subtle way). For anyone searching this topic Pickaxe builders can upload a GIF as the cover photo of their Pickaxe and it will be used.
