Image upload filenames covering screen

My Pickaxe involves users uploading images for it to relay info about them. The problem is, after one image is uploaded, its filename is stuck floating at the top of the chat. Then when a second file is uploaded, it stacks below that one and continues to persist on top of the chat, and so on.

Can this be updated so the file names either go away or get placed within the chat itself where they were submitted?

Thanks, @Patrick_Le_Jan ! @admin_mike - is there anything your team can do to help us with this? This will make or break my ability to use Pickaxe for my clients, and I would love to use it if we can get this issue corrected.
