Can you please explain what we can expect regarding processing of bugs? I notice that many items in the “Bugs / Site Issues” section have no resolution mentioned going the whole way back to last September. I’m eager for the “bad flicker and screen lock” bug I submitted a few days ago to be addressed as it means that results generated by the Google Search action are pretty much unusable. I’m sure others are ahead of me, and just wondering what I might expect re. timing.
It is an eclectic process understood by few.
We do look at every single issue under Bugs and resolve all issues we can. If we’re commenting on it, we’re working on it. You can also email us directly at info@pickaxeproject.com. That’s sometimes more effective. We’re a very small team, so triage issues a lot. Especially right now in the midst of the redesign and migration. We jump on core AI performance issues much more quickly than aesthetic issues with Studios.
