How do I access the knowledge base of pickaxe

I have created a directory in excel which consisted of shop name, items sold, contact person etc which I uploaded to pickaxe knowledge base

In the prompt, I included the following line

“You must also go through your internal knowledge from directory.xlxs to search for the items. If you found the item what the user is looking for, you will list the shop’s name, person’s in charge, tel no and website”

However it will not list the content from the file even when the item is found eg “playstation 5”

What am I doing wrong here ?

Hi @netmstr,

Make sure you reduce the relevance cutoff to 20 and increase the amount to 1000 or more.

Also format your excel so that you only have the columns you need without any additional comment or text outside those columns. Then the first row should have the headings and the other rows your data.

This way Pickaxe will add each row in the knowledge base separately and it will be easier to retrieve the information you need
