I cannot see knowledge base while creating pickaxe

I can see the files in the knowledge base but while I try to open the knowledge base in pickaxe, nothing shows up. It does not even let me upload the files on pickaxe.

Are you sure you are logged into your account?

Yes, I have checked many times. I wouldn’t be able to access pickaxe settings if weren’t logged in.

I just found out that I can connect knowledge base files in a new pickaxe but I am not able to connect it in already existing pickaxe (which I migrated from the older pickaxe).

Which pickaxe are you experiencing this from?

I recently migrated my old account to the new one. I have been trying to update my knowledge file in the pickaxe named YD’S E Support. I was not able to upload the file or even connect the already existing files in the studio knowledge base to my pickaxe. However, when I created a new pickaxe, I was able to connect the files.
