New Feature: Knowledge Base Explorer 🔭

Now you can explore your Knowledge Base!

When you click into a document on the Learn tab you can see all the chunks that make them up.

And you can see what parts of the Knowledge Base are used when. Enter a sample question that you expect your Pickaxe to be asked. Then look at all the chunks that get called up, ordered by relevant.

The goal of these new feature is to help users understand how their documents are being uploaded, how they’re being used in the Pickaxes, and give users a new surface area to control and improve their results. We’ve used this tool internally for a lot of enterprise contracts who wanted high-powered and highly accurate RAG chatbots. It gives you a lot of power!

Please let me know…How do I access/find the Knowledge Base Explorer?

Hi @data_interactive

When you’re in the Pickaxe editing mode, you can quickly access the Knowledge Base Explorer by:

  1. clicking on the magnifying glass under the latest AI output
  2. Clicking on ‘Explore’ under ‘Knowledge Base Chunks Used’

Hi Ned - thanks very much for the clear instructions!.. the only problem is that I don’t have the magnifying glass. I am on an ■■■■■■■ Tier 2 plan - same entitlements as Gold… Is this a bug for me or is it a subscription plan issue?
