How to update dynamic knowledge base

Hi. Currently im using excel to update my knowledge. Each time i have updates in excel i have to upload the file to knowledge base

Is there a way to auto upload or whats the best way to maintain this. I have tried using jotform table but pickaxe can’t pick up the knowledge even after i have posted the jotform table url link

@netmstr currently, the knowledge base in Pickaxe is static. To make it dynamic, I would consider one of the following options:

  1. Use an external (dynamic) knowledge base and create an action that retrieves the external knowledge when required (e.g. Pinecone).
  2. If you are on the pro plan, you can use the APIs to update the knowledge base. You will need to create an automation that triggers when the excel file is updated, replaces the old file in pickaxe with the new one and connects the file to the relevant Pickaxe.
