- Please move the Add New button to the top ABOVE the list of documents, maybe also the Knowledge Use tokens, prompts section.
- If possible, please add a very simple “Detect Duplicates” feature - filtering documents with same/similar name and size.
- If adding documents from within a Pickaxe, then uploaded documents should be auto-selected as included.
- If scrolling the documents list in the Studio-level Knowledge Base, there should be a option to add documents to one or more Pickaxes within the Studio directly in that screen; seems long-winded to go into the Pickaxe(s) to do it one by one.
- Cloned Pickaxes within the same Studio should have the option of also matching newly uploaded documents added to the original Pickaxe.
- The Studio-level Knowledge Base should allow the Tools column to work like a filter where I only want to see documents linked to a specific Pickaxe, so not the full list.
- If deleting Pickaxes from a Studio, there should be a question if the associated documents should also be deleted (only documents that are uniquely linked to that Pickaxe and no others of course). Alternatively, documents in the Knowledge Base linked to non-existent/deleted Pickaxes should be easy to filter and delete in bulk.
100% - and honesty - just stop work on any other feature, raincheck the launch party and nail this. It’s unusable atm.
