Hi,
I created a guide using the Pickaxe that helps users edit their photos. One of the features allows users to upload their images, and the guide provides recommendations on how to edit them. However, I am wondering about the size and format restrictions for the images users can upload.
Currently, if the file exceeds 20MB, I receive the following error message:
“Provider Error: Failed to download image from https://prod-pickaxe-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/documentinterrogation/jpg/LRC4WUYA78URYZO7ASS0.jpg. Image size exceeds the limit.”
Could you please clarify the limits regarding image format and size?
