Is it possible to use Initial Enquiry sections to obtain information from users? and then save this info to tailor the bots responses? For example asking for a users age and adapting language based on this?

This is a great question. We call this feature “User Memory” and it is high on our to do list. We know it will be so cool to be able to collect information that can be used elsewhere within the tools. We expect to launch a feature like this in the coming month. Stay tuned!
