- The final, structured summary is automatically saved for future analysis
Form Fields I’m Considering:
- Challenge Description (main text field to capture the issue)

- Stakeholders (who was impacted)
- Urgency (low/medium/high)
- Challenge Type (communication, resource, process, technical, etc.)
AI Interaction:
- Summarize the initial description concisely
- Ask a few targeted questions to identify root causes and clarify details
- Prompt for confirmation that the summary captures the key points
- Iterate as needed until I approve the final version
Output:
- Ideally, the AI would format the final summary with clear section headings
- This structured data would then automatically save to a Google Sheet for easy analysis
