Knowledge Base is not used

Hey Pickaxe Team.

The knowledge Base is not used at all in my pickaxes (when I look at the details in the backend) even I instruct in the prompt that the agent should only use the knowledge base to generate answers.

Whats`s wrong?

Have you made sure the documents are assigned to the pickaxe? That’s caught me out a time or two, I’ll upload the docs inside the pickaxe, but then I need to go back and select them as well.
