Is there something happening with the knowledge base - it is hit and miss right now, mostly miss.
This was a feature that when i started using pickaxe was solid, now it seems a little flaky.
Yet, have loaded up a PDF as it didnt seem to care about the website
Is this using end-user uploads or documents uploaded by you in the builder?

I have the same problem. I just upload a pdf documento with all the information customer can required and chatbot never replies well. He never knows the answer. When is going to be working fine this issue?
