Knowledge Base - is there an issue

Is there something happening with the knowledge base - it is hit and miss right now, mostly miss.

This was a feature that when i started using pickaxe was solid, now it seems a little flaky.

Yet, have loaded up a PDF as it didnt seem to care about the website

Is this using end-user uploads or documents uploaded by you in the builder?

Documents / URLs that I have uploaded.

I have the same problem. I just upload a pdf documento with all the information customer can required and chatbot never replies well. He never knows the answer. When is going to be working fine this issue?

I am a new user and am also experiencing this issue, I uploaded a contact page that has names and e-mail addresses for individuals and their roles. But when I query for their contact info it doesnโ€™t read it. It misses a lot of data. Any feedback on this from the company?

The issue is most likely the document is not being correctly. The second most likely issue is something to do with your settings.
