I have the same problem. I just upload a pdf documento with all the information customer can required and chatbot never replies well. He never knows the answer. When is going to be working fine this issue?
I am a new user and am also experiencing this issue, I uploaded a contact page that has names and e-mail addresses for individuals and their roles. But when I query for their contact info it doesnโt read it. It misses a lot of data. Any feedback on this from the company?
