Knowlegebase File Limits

Issue #1. According to the documentation, on the Gold plan I should be allowed 50 files per studio. when I try to add a document to a studio that only has 10 existing documents I get the ‘You’ve Reached Your Limit’ message.

Issue #2. I tried a workaround by deleted a document from the studio so I could upload a new one and still get this error. If Im at my limit and delete a file, that should free things up so I can add another document. I still get the Limit message though.

Either I’m misunderstanding how this works or there is a bug that needs to be addressed. Either way I need support as I can’t release my tool until this is addressed.

Looks like there was a bug with how Pickaxe uploaded documents were also being counted, but it should be fixed now. Please refresh.

Hey Stephen, thanks so much for the quick response! That worked for one of my studios but not the other one. (I did try a hard-refresh).

I don’t really understand how the documents are counted. In this studio it only has 28 documents but I have the same error that Im not able to upload more. (I think its counting that there are 66 when there really isn’t)

What exactly does the Tools column represents? Does it mean this document has been used in each of these pickaxe chats? I only have one pickaxe in it that is using the knowledgebase and I deleted one of the other pickaxes (the TEST Chat one), so I would think if I deleted it, it would be gone out of tools column? Maybe this happened because I copied an existing studio??

Hi @digitalbeachgirl,

Each row is considered one document. You can now use the same document for any of your tools, so feel free to delete all the duplicates.
