OMG! I have two Gold subscriptions active and it is again back to the free plan!

Fellows, I need your support. Hope you can help me.

I sent several emails to customer service, but I did not receive any answer.

I have two active subscriptions for the Gold plan, and once again, it has gone back to the Free plan.

What’s happening? What’s wrong? What can I do?
