Can't Access Pro Plan

Hi,

I have been subscribed to the Pro plan, and was trying to downgrade to Gold for a few months.

There wasn’t a way to downgrade to Gold (it tried to charge me $29 today, but my plan doesn’t end for another two weeks).

So I cancelled. Now I don’t have access to my Pro plan or credits.

Can you please restore this and downgrade me on the next billing cycle?

Also the contact links don’t work when logged in to pickaxe.

Yes, but I only cancelled because there was no option to downgrade. Can you restore this for me? I lost half of my subscription time, just trying to switch plans which isn’t an option

I just confirmed, I upgraded to gold, then to pro, and got charged at the full amount for both, even though I had 2 weeks left on my original pro plan.

I’ll keep pro for now, but please refund the gold plan payment and the 2 weeks of pro that I’m now overcharged from my original payment plan date.

Hi @ryano562, for upgrades and downgrades, partial refunds are automatically processed. You should see it reflect in the next few days.

For cancellations, refunds are at our discretion as I mentioned, but please email us and I’m sure we can help you out.

Thanks! I tried emailing a few days ago but didn’t get a response. Which email should I message? Maybe I had the wrong one
