Paid users can't use my tool after v2 migration

I migrated yesterday.

A paid user from v1 can no longer use the chatbot, it just gives an error.

I have no idea what do to - can someone from Pickaxe check it out for me, before more paid users from v1 run into the same issue.

I decided to just refund him, and so far no else has experienced this issue.

While I’ve got your attention, can you tell me how to change this text on the pricing page:
