Possible to embed a pickaxe using BYOK Mistral API into client website (not Studio)

I am new here, so let me say “Hi” to you guys. I appreciate pickaxe and the possibilities that comes with it and happy to see that here is a group of people sharing their knowledge and helping each other. Awesome!

“Hello”…

So I am trying to figure out possibilities to embed pickaxes into websites. Here are some sources around this topic (if someone else is interested):

… (and there a lot more if you use the search function - as a new user I can not post many links here :frowning: )

Anyway, since I am on a subscription with only 750 credits per month, things are pretty limited.

Solution - BYOK

There is a video on yt (“How to get a Mistral API Key”) where Mike explains this in detail; and easy to follow. (Thanks Mike and thanks for the team to offer BYOK solutions!!!)

Long story short - I like to “run” my pickaxes on (external) website using that mistral key. Possible?

Of what I understand I can use those API-keys in (my) studios for my pickaxes, so the question really refers to external website. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi @picko

Welcome to Pickaxe

Once you have created your pickaxe you can click on create deployment / embed

Once you create your embed click on share (top right) and you will be able to select where you want to embed the pickaxe and copy the HTML code (other than websites, you will be able to embed your pickaxes in community platforms like Circle)

Thank you @ab2308,

Ok,

it seems this is only available in the PRO PLAN… Bummer!

Or do I miss something? Thanks!

@picko what you are looking at is the Pickaxe API to use the agent programmatically through an API call. If you are embedding the pickaxe on a website you need to create an embed rather than an API endpoint.

If you want to add a Mistral API Key you need to go under the settings of your studio and add a model API key.
