How can I produce an actual button as an output, within the chat?
…with a title and a link?
I have requested it via a prompt, but it just spits out HTML code like a lazy bot
Inspired by Mike in a previous topic “Our chat containers render tons of rich media like images, videos, hyperlinks, buttons, and more.”
Thanks

So actually you can no longer produce buttons in the chat. I am sorry to inform you! We may bring this feature back. Right now just images, text, links, and rich text previews of links.

I have similar question related to multiple choice input radio buttons. I assume this would be considered a button or formatted option that isn’t supported?
Yes at the moment you cannot render radio buttons within a chat conversation.
Hi Mike - are you referring to this “Yes, I’m ready!” button in the AI Bot Creator? It would be great to be able to do this rather than have to say “type START to begin.”
Thanks
Gabriella
No, this is our icebreakers feature. This very much still exists. @fluent_friends is asking about rending buttons directly in chat messages as the conversation goes along. For now, we allow you to render links with rich previews, which can function like buttons with the right styling.

I want to also insert buttons or images to guide the user. However, it’s not about inserting a link but to enter a predefined prompt OR jump over to another agent in the same studio and tab. What would you suggest to achieve that given that at the moment you can’t render buttons?
