The smart form requires a better button to indicate 'go to chat'

I created a form chatbot Choisir votre Chatbot
After filling in answers, i get a message. But to continue the discussion, i was lost, until i found i have to click on a tiny icon to open the message component.

i would be good to have the message component already opened, to be able to continue discussion directly after.

Hey Ulrich, you are quite correct. Many customers have complained that this button is too subtle to be useful. Our designer will design a new one sometime soon.
