Self-service Password Reset not working

Hello Community.

One of my users is trying to reset his password. But unfortunately after trying this, he never received the email, not even in junkmail. I also cannot find a way to reset his password for him, so he’s basically stuck. Can someone advise what I should do? Thank you.

It seems to send a reset password email on my end, but there might be an issue with our email provider.

I’ve added a way for owners to change a user’s password through the Manage Users tab.

Thanks @stephenasuncion! I believe this is only applicable in the new version so unless we migrate over, we won’t get to see this right?

I think so - I c an’t find that scren that @stephenasuncion provided.
