I had to recreate my products due to a currency change yesterday, and in the midst of that I created a ‘friends and family’ product, unlimited credits, and hidden from the rest of the other products on my studio. I’ve manually moved three users to that studio, who were already signed up.
I’ve just had a new user sign up for my studio under that hidden product and I have no idea how it’s happened as it’s not public. I’ve been able to move them off of it and reset their credit but how has this happened, and how can it be prevented? I can’t see anywhere in the configuration of my studio where that would have been switched on.
