Stripe connection not possible with my particular situation

I have my own Stripe account through which I regularly receive payments.

I am also an admin for 7 other client’s Stripe accounts. They are all accessible through my Stripe account.

When making the Stripe connection through Pickaxe, it polls and displays 4 of my client’s Stripe accounts, and 0 of my account. Or I can create a new Stripe account, which I do not want to do. So I’m stuck. It can’t see MY Stripe account.

Is this a known problem with busy Stripe accounts?

How can I get Pickaxe connected to my root Stripe account, and not to the accounts of my clients?

Could you please email info@pickaxeproject.com from your registered Pickaxe email with your studio name and a brief summary of which Stripe accounts appear versus the one missing? Feel free to include screenshots. We’ll dig in right away and get this sorted.
