User able to use more than allocated credits by plan

User is able to use different tools more than allocated 10 times.

I have a plan (registered users - free) and before I added any credits to them they where able to use 3 x 10 credits somehow. Is this a bug in the free tier?

Here is the data the test user gave me:

User tier: Free
Registered: Yes
Login / registration method: Google

EDIT: Seems the issue is that because the package is “free” user can just go and add more credits to them selves. Not sure if this is intended since I want my Pickaxe to give 10 credits for free (on registeration) and then block user from getting more unless they purchase a monthly package.

Note that the general “Free for everyone” is set to 0.
